At Couture Cove Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience remains exceptional.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Intimate apparel (such as lingerie and swimwear)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send back your items.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization number. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Do NOT return without confirmation from us.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

Processing Your Refund:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the details of the issue.

Processing Exchanges:

  • Follow the same steps as the return process.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item.
